私の自宅トレーニング (My Home Workout)

コロナのせいでどこでもジムは閉じられた。むりやりに家で筋トレをすることになちゃった。それにしても、かなりやってからすぐに慣れた。

Because of Coronavirus, gyms all over the place were closed. Consequently, I was forced to do my workout at home instead. However, after doing it for a period of time, I quickly grew accustomed to it.

色々な事をやってみた。まず数年前買ったのホームジム道具を使うと決めた。特にPerfect Pushupという道具だ。Perfect Pushupは使いやすいしめっちゃ効果的だ。

I tried out various things. For instance, I decided on using gym equipment I bought several years ago, especially Perfect Pushup. Perfect Pushup is easy to use and is particularly effective.

普通の腕立て伏せしながら腕を廻られない。だけど、Perfect Pushupでそんなことをできる。私にはPerfect Pushupで腕立て伏せをもっとやすくなる。サイズもあんまり大きくないから運びやすい。

While doing normal push-ups, you will not be able to rotate your arms. However, with Perfect Pushup, you will actually be able to do so. For me personally, Perfect Pushup makes push-ups easier to do. The size is also not that big, making it easy to be carried around.

しかもドアジムバーもよく使った。この道具も便利だし使いやすい。ちなみにマレーシアでジムはもうすぐ開かれる。ジムでまた筋トレを楽しみにしてるよ!もし私の筋トレの写真を見たいなら、インスタで見てくださいね。

Furthermore, I have also been using a doorway pull-up bar as well. The bar is also very convenient and easy to use. Incidentally, the gyms in Malaysia will be reopening soon.
